BJP national president JP Nadda will pay floral tributes to martyrs and make an address on the occasion of "Kargil Vijay Diwas" tomorrow, i.e July 26, 2020.
He will make the address at 12:30 PM from the BJP headquarters in 6A DDU Marg.
