As the Ashtami will starts from 23rd August 8.09am and will end on August 24th 8.23am, some people will celebrate it on Friday (23rd August 2019), while others will celebrate on 24th August as Rohini Nakshatra will start from August 23rd 12.55pm and will end on August 25th 12.17am in the night.
