1. When and how to upgrade your Apple device to iOS 13

iOS will be available from September 19 onwards globally.
Users can upgrade to iOS 13 by visiting a nearby Apple store, or if have wifi access then can directly update their device.
To update, go to settings>General>Software update, if any notification shows up, then a user can update the device.
