As he turned 70 on Tuesday, Hindu Sena seemed to have a gala time at Jantar Mantar with a birthday cake, balloons and big poster of a gun-toting Trump.

Their reason for celebrating Trump's birthday was simple; they believe in Trump and agree with his strong opinions about Muslims. "Trump has said Muslims should be banned from entering America. Everyone should support that," said Hindu Sena leader Vishnu Gupta.

Donning red and blue paper hats, activists gathered at a stall on a Delhi road to pledge their allegiance to the presumptive Republican nominee, saying they counted on Trump to contain India's neighbour Pakistan.
