The International Kite Festival kicked off in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on Sunday. The festivities were inaugurated by Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani in the presence of Governor OP Kohli and others. One of the highlights of the event was a kite appealing to Pakistani authorities to free Kulbhushan Jadhav.
