DDA Housing Scheme 2021 LIVE draw: Check date, time, streaming link and other details

1.When is the draw
The draw for DDA housing scheme 2021 will be on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 11am.
2.How to check online
As the scheme is online, DDA has said that the general public can view the live telecast of the draw on their mobile phones or computers. Here is the link for the live webcast of the DDA Housing Scheme 2021: https://dda.webcast.ml.
3.Number of applicants
According to a DDA spokesperson, around 33,000 applications were received by DDA till February 16, and over 22,500 have paid up the booking amount. For EWS units, the application amount is Rs 25,000, for LIG it is Rs 1 lakh. For middle income group (MIG) and higher income group (HIG) units, the application amount is fixed at Rs 2 lakh.
4.Location of flats
The DDA flats which are up for sale are located at Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Rohini and Vasant Kunj in Delhi.

5.Number of flats and their Price Range
In the 3-BHK category of HIG, 215 flats are on offer in Jasola, Pocket 9B. These flats are in the price range of Rs 1.97 crore to 2.14 crore. The 15 HIG flats, which are are on offer in Vasant Kunj, are in the price range of Rs 1.43 crore to Rs 1.72 crore. A total of 352 MIG flats are located in Dwarka Sector 19-B, 348 in Dwarka Sector 16, and 4 in Vasant Kunj.
