2. COVID-19 vaccine registration through three routes
The citizens can register themselves for COVID-19 vaccination in three ways. They can either self-register themselves on the CO-Win 2.0 portal and other platforms in advance or go for on-site registration and walk to the vaccination centres. 3. Documents required for COVID-19 vaccination
On the day of the COVID-19 vaccination, beneficiaries need to carry their Aadhaar Card or the Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) for photo identity. They can also carry any other Photo ID card specified when they registered in case of online registration. (File image)
4. Co-morbidity certificate for COVID-19 vaccine
Citizens in the age group of 45-59 years who want to be vaccinated in the second phase need to carry a certificate of co-morbidity signed by a registered medical practitioner. (File image)

Those health care and frontline workers who are going to get their COVID-19 vaccine dose in the second phase of the drive need to carry their employment certificate to the COVID-19 vaccination centre. (File image)
