Ayodhya Ram Mandir Nirman: Here's complete timeline of temple construction, ahead of 'Bhoomi Pujan'
Here is a timeline for what has been decided till now:
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Tirtha Kshetra, set up under the directions of the Supreme Court to facilitate the construction of the temple for Lord Ram at Ayodhya, met at the temple city on Saturday to fix actionable dates for the beginning of the work of the temple construction.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been invited to visit Ayodhya to attend the 'Bhoomi Pujan'.
Here is a timeline for what has been decided till now:
July 15: Former Director-General (DG) of the Border Security Force (BSF), KK Sharma, arrives in Ayodhya after becoming the Ramjanmabhoomi Security Advisor. He inspects the Ram Janmabhoomi complex and conducts a security meeting with concerned stakeholders.
July 16: Ram Mandir Nirman Samiti Chairman Nripendra Misra conducts the first meeting with the administrative authorities of the district.
Later in the day, Misra holds a second meeting with the trustees of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Tirtha Kshetra.
July 17: Nripendra Misra once again meets with all the major administrative authorities of the district to discuss details about the construction of the Ram Mandir. Additionally, Nikhil Sompura, the son of temple model architect Chandrakant Sompura, was also present in the meeting. Discussions were held on the temple model, in the presence of L&T officials and engineers.
On this day, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also prepares a roadmap for the development of Ayodhya, along with the Ram Mandir. The UP government's focus is on the overall development of the temple city, ahead of the 'Bhoomi Pujan'.
July 18: In today's meeting, a few dates for the 'Bhoomi Pujan', for which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be invited to the temple city, have been suggested and sent to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) for verification.
The suggestions have been finalized. The ultimate decision will be taken by the PMO in this regard.
