Many veteran leaders and politicians paid their tributes to the leader. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the first non-Congress leader to serve a full term in power. He died on Thursday at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences where he had been undergoing treatment for a kidney ailment since June. He was 93.

The leader had been hospitalised earlier in June and was away from the eyes of the media for many years now due to his old age and heath issues. The Bharat Ratna recepient was visited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP president Amit Shah and other leaders at his residence today as his health declined. A political persona known for his exemplary leadership and contribution to Indian politics will be laid to rest on Friday.  

Atal Bihari Vajpayee's final journey will begin at 1 pm tomorrow with cremation at 4 pm. His body will be taken from his residence at 6, Krishna Menon Marg to BJP HQ on Deendayal Upadhyay Marg, near New Delhi Railway Station, at 9 am. Here are few political leaders paying tribute to the
