Brajesh Thakur is in judicial custody in connection with mental, physical and sexual exploitation of the girls residing at Balika Grih, Muzaffarpur. CBI has taken over the investigation into the alleged rape case of minor girls at a shelter home in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar. The agency has taken all the files including reports of the medical examinations of 44 girls carried out last week in which it has been claimed that 34 of them have been sexually exploited.
