Mindy Kaling embracing her inner Tom Cruise on his 58th birthday is the cutest thing you'll come across today

Actor Tom Cruise turned 58-year-old and Mindy Kaling had the cutest way of wishing him. She channeled her inner Tom Cruise and posted a comparison image, while also at the same time, spreading awareness about kids who are quarantining and not having access to resources.

Mindy recreated the scene from Tom Cruise's 'Mission Impossible 2'. While Tom Cruise was climbing a mountain, she climbed through rocks to reach a slide. More so, unlike Cruise's brave face, Kaling made a funny face before entering the playhouse for kids.

Wishing Cruise, she tweeted the images writing, "Channeling Tom Cruise for his birthday! I keep thinking of all of the kids stuck inside during quarantine and not having access to the resources they need. I have made a donation to @BGCA_Clubs, please consider donating if you have the means."

On the work front, Tom Cruise, who is the face of 'Mission Impossible' franchise, was waiting to get back to working on the seventh and eight installment of the film. He was also working on 'Top Gun: Maverick', which was originally slated for December 23, 2020 release. All the movies are likely to be postponed since shooting of films have been halted due to COVID-19 pandemic.
