Recently, Ben made an appearance on the talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where he was bombarded with questions about Batman. Affleck stated, "I tried to direct a version of it and worked with a really good screenwriter, but just couldn't come up with a version, I couldn't crack it. So I thought it was time to let someone else take a shot at it. They got some really good people so I'm excited."

When Jimmy asked Ben his parting words, the handsome actor replied, "I don't know? I guess I'm not Batman."

A few days back, one of the international portals tweeted, "‘The Batman’ To Fly In Summer 2021; Ben Affleck Passes The Torch To Next Generation Of Bruce Wayne". Ben replied to their tweet saying, "Excited for #TheBatman in Summer 2021 and to see @MattReevesLA vision come to life."
