Emma Stone-David McCary are married: Reports

Emma Stone and David McCary are the latest couple to get married in a lockdown wedding, if a source from the People magazine is anything to go by. There is still no official confirmation from Stone or McCary.

The news of their reported wedding comes weeks after Emma and David were spotted walking hand-in-hand in Los Angeles, wearing matching rings. Stone, 31, was seen in a white long-sleeved shirt with loose-fitting overalls, Birkenstock sandals and a white baseball cap on September 11. Meanwhile, McCary was spotted in a white graphic T-shirt and black pants.

The couple had announced their engagement in December 2019. Emma posed for the picture holding up her engagement ring, which was a pearl set in a diamond halo. The ring was missing on Stone's hand on September 11.

The magazine had confirmed that the couple was dating since late August 2017. Interestingly, the duo met when Emma hosted Saturday Night Live in late 2016.

According to Page Six, the couple was going to get married in March, but postponed their wedding due to COVID-19.

Talking about the basis of their relationship, a source said, “Two highly successful people in the entertainment business don’t always give the other the space they need. But he encourages her, and she loves that.”
