Here we see Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) talk to each other in Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorium. Is this when Stark will tell how much he missed his Science Bro?

3.The Unlikely Team

Three sassy people in one frame. Thor (Chris Hemsworth) teams up with Rocket (Bradley Cooper) and Teenage Groot (Vin Diesel). Is this the God lightning planning an attack on Thanos from space?

4.Changing loyalties?

Loki (Tom Hiddleston) was seen offering Tesseract to Thanos in the previous trailer. But this particular frame, in which he is looking over his shoulder, may suggest that Loki is playing a game in which he just wants to survive.

Captain America (Chris Evans), The Vision (Paul Bettany), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) fought against each other in 'Civil War.' But Thanos' arrival has brought the Cap out of the woods, reuniting with old friends.

The new trailer shows that Captain America has not one but two shields now. Still made of Vibranium but they come out like the famous assassin's blade we see in Assassin's Creed video games. Sure this is the genius work of Shuri (Letitia Wright) the in-house Q of Wakanda.

Nebula (Karen Gillam) always wanted to kill her father, Thanos, for what he did to her every time she lost a fight with her sister Gamora. Looks like she has the chance now.

Black Widow (Scarlet Johansson) fights side by side with the Wakandan warriors when all hell breaks lose.

The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) was put in cryogenic sleep towards the end of 'Civil War.' In that movie, we realised the old Bucky Barnes still lives in that vessel. So when Earth needs saving from celestial beings like Thanos and his goons like Proxima Midnight, King Cobra, Taskmaster, and Songbird, you will need all hands on deck.

Based on both the trailers that have come out, it is very easy to speculate that Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) will play a big role in 'Infinity War.' He can travel in dimension and has dealt with Dormammu, someone just as powerful as Thanos. Experience should come in handy.
