Age is just a number for 'Friends' alum Jennifer Aniston who, on Saturday, taught her fans a lesson in self-love by sharing a photo of kissing her own reflection in the mirror.

Sharing a black and white jaw-dropping photo in which she is precariously perched on a bathroom sink, Aniston told her followers to look after themselves. She captioned the image saying, "What a year. Reminder to give yourself a little love... and hang in there. Photo by @peggysirota (from the archives)!"

The 51-year-old 'The Morning Show' star's post immediately garnered thousands of comments, with Aniston's celebrity friends also complimenting her. Those who commented included Poppy Delevigne, Nina Dobrev, Derek Blasberg, and Olivia Wilde.

On the work front, Aniston is currently filming for ‘The Morning Show’ season 2. The Friends actor shared several pictures from the sets of the show on her Instagram stories recently including a picture of herself wearing a clear face shield as a precautionary measure against COVID-19. The SAG-award-winning actor was seen wearing an ivory black jumpsuit with matching glasses in the picture. Earlier while getting interviewed by Lisa Kudrow for Variety, Jennifer spoke about how she prepared for Alex's breakdown - a tour-de-force moment of acting, on The Morning Show.

Aniston said, "It was just a boiling point, and I think it was just all of the years. And then Hannah's death [Gugu Mbatha-Raw] happened, and then all of it kind of boiled and it just exploded, and it happened right when we were on air."

"I think I did sort of float out of my body and I didn't give a shit. It was a little bit like, I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore," said Aniston, referencing the famous line performed by Peter Finch in 1976's Network.
