Deepankar Prasad, a 26-year-old who works at MNC realised he had to lose weight when he did a body composition analysis and realised he was horribly out of shape. His biological age was almost double of his chronological age, reported TOI.
He weighed 118 kg and lost 51 big ones in just seven months!

However, he wasn’t one to take things lying down and drastically changed his lifestyle and in the process lost 51kg. His favourite low-calorie recipes include upma, fruits and salads. He also drastically changed his lifestyle getting enough sleep and eating properly.

Here’s how he did it:

Workout
He started working out daily with 25-minute HIIT sessions and cardio followed by 90 minutes of heavy weight training. But the workout was only half the story. He also drastically changed his eating habits.
Diet for kings
Breakfast - Upma or rava idli or sprouts chaat with brown bread with peanut butter or an omlette

Lunch – Oats, 8 egg whites, 200 grams green veggies, curd and salad.
Dinner – 1 bowl daal, 7 egg whites, boiled chicken breast, 150 gram veggies
Of course, none of this is feasible with cheat days, and he had his fill of chicken curry with rice, biryani and sweets such as chocolates and ice-creams.
