Blueberries and other purple coloured fruit soaks up harmful iron compounds which cause many debilitating illnesses like Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson.

Curry which has turmeric can help prevent Alzheimer. 

Consuming foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids (try fish such as salmon, mackerel, herring, lake trout, sardines and albacore tuna) and lots of vegetables while avoiding fats, red meat and dairy products can help keep away dementia. 

A study said that three glasses of milk every day can help prevent Alzheimer's and Parkinson's by staving off damage to brain cells.

The study found a link betweem  naturally-occurring antioxidant called 'glutathione' which prevents oxidative stress and resulting damage it causes to brain cells in healthy older people.

This veggie has Vitamin K, which helps to strengthen cognitive abilities, Choline, which has been found to improve memory and Folic acid which helps keep Alzheimer's at bay.
