Krafton has announced that Season 19 of Battlegrounds Mobile India will close in early hours of July 14, and ranking for Season 20 will start later.
Battlegrounds Mobile India, which is the desi version of PUBG Mobile India, is set to see the end of Royal Pass and Ranking Season 19 and the opening of Season 20 later this month.
The schedule has been released by Battlegrounds Mobile India developer Krafton on its official website. The schedule also mention changes in the Ranking pattern and Royal Pass rules which will become effective in Season 20.
It may be recalled that Krafton, which is a South Korean company, released Battlegrounds Mobile India earlier this month. The much-awaited Battlegrounds Mobile India began with Royal Pass and Ranking Season 19. According to Krafton, Season 19 of Battlegrounds Mobile will end on July 14 and the players will witness some changes to Royal Pass and Ranking in Season 20.
Krafton has announced that Season 19 of Battlegrounds Mobile India will close in the early hours of July 14, and the ranking for Season 20 will start a couple of hours later. Season 20 will be different from Season 19 because from the new season Battlegrounds Mobile India will follow a cycle, where three seasons will be combined as a cycle. Krafton has announced that players will be given the opportunity to win additional rewards by consecutively achieving a specific tier within a cycle.
Seasons in the the first cycle will be marked C1S1, C1S2 and C1S3. The second cycle will begin after the end of the first cycle and the seasons will be named C2S1, C2S2, C2S3, and so on.
From Season 20, Royal Pass will run on monthly basis. This means that Battlegrounds Mobile India will get a new Royal Pass every month, instead of a single Royal Pass continuing for two months. Numbering of seasons with Royal Pass will be changed from S1, S2, etc., to M1, M2, and so on.
Krafton has also issued a warning to Battlegrounds Mobile India players saying that the Royal Pass is a seasonal item that can only be used until the end of the corresponding season. Krafton said that the players will not be able to use the Royal Pass after the end of the season and they will have to re-purchase when a new season is opens.
