Review: 'Huli' is a perfect commercial potboiler

N Omprakash Rao is back to doing what he does best. Huli is that perfect commercial potboiler, which has the right mix of punchlines, dialogues, skin show and a lesson in moral science too. And through this film, Rao has managed to get a pair that reminds you of Darshan and Rakshitha in their hey days.

The story revolves around Chandappa Huliyal, circle inspector of Mysore. This righteous cop has a mission to ensure nothing goes wrong. And in this battle, he has a glam-yet-conscientious reporter as his girlfriend. 

Kishore impresses with his debut as a solo hero and Jennifer has a fun role. Shobharaj has delivered one of his best performances too. This film is for all those who like commercial potboilers in its purest form.
