Fans are known to resort to all sorts of measures to get a glimpse of their favourite actors. Sometimes they wait outside their houses, occasionally even stalk them or write love letters.

Ajay Devgn is travelling to Rajasthan’s Nawalgarh district to meet one such fan. The actor will head to the locality for a 22-year-old man Shamshad, who had threatened to commit suicide if his desire to meet his idol wasn’t acknowledged.

A spokesperson of Ajay told a publication, “Ajay will be travelling to Rajasthan on January 20 where a meeting with the fan is being arranged. He is concerned and does not want the youngster to harm himself. He is in touch with the local authorities who will facilitate the meeting.”

Devgn found out about this through one of his fan clubs. Shamshad had last week reportedly asked the local authorities to organise a meeting with the star. When no one helped him,  he stood on the edge of a well and threatened to jump in.  He only relented after persuasion, and was taken to the police station for questioning.
