After the spirited display  of acrimony — one-sided, as it happened to be — Yo Yo Honey Singh and Hard Kaur made up at the Mumbai airport earlier this week. Confirming the great rappers’ patch-up Yo Yo says, “Yes, no ‘Hard’ feelings any more. I feel life is too short to hold grudges. Besides I never had any problem with her.”Kaur had made some distinctly disparaging remarks about  Yo Yo’s music, to which Yo Yo had replied with suitable sarcasm. (See box)So how did the reconciliation happen? Says Yo Yo, “We were both at the Mumbai airport on the way to Delhi. We met in the lounge and the ice broke. She said she had never said any of  those words that she was quoted as saying. I am okay with that. I don’t have any problems with anyone. Others had a problem with me for a very long time. I am glad they’ve sorted their problems in their head. All is cool.”War of wordsHard Kaur called rapper Honey Singh a copycat and dismissed him off as ‘no competition’. And on Bigg Boss she told host Salman Khan, “Topi pehene se aur Yo Yo bolne se koi rapper nahi ban jaata.” She cannot deny that as it is caught on tape.He retaliated withHoney responded sarcastically with, “Of course, I copy Hard Kaur. I worship the ground she walks on. I’ve her posters in my room since I was a teenager. Which rapper worth his salt wouldn’t want to copy a legend like Ms Kaur?”
