Will Smith, Mark Wahlberg offered $1 million to fight in celebrity boxing match

A boxing promoter has offered Mark Wahlberg and Will Smith one million dollars to get in the ring for a celebrity-boxing match.

Both the stars have worked in in boxing movies. Wahlberg's film The Fighter has just hit cinemas and Smith starred as Muhammed Ali in the 2001 movie.

Unlike many of the fighters the Hollywood Boxing Federation has showcased, professionals have trained both Smith and Wahlberg.

Under Damon Feldman, of the Hollywood Boxing Federation's proposal, Wahlberg and Smith would fight three one-minute rounds.

"We don't think these two are going to rip each others heads off," Radaronline.com quoted Feldman as saying.

"We're just hoping to get into the ring and have a little fun duking it out," he said.

However, the duo has shown no signs of accepting the offer.
