It has been four days since the trailer of Shah Rukh Khan starrer-'Happy New Year'-has been released but there's not much buzz amoung the audiences.

The trailer of the film has garnered over 2 million hits on YouTube. Being one of SRK's most awaited film the trailer’s views on YouTube are disappointing. So why is it not picking up?

The trailer of the film was released with much fanfare and a la SRK style, a lot of curiosity was generated before the launch. Did it create too high expectations and failed to meet them?

If compared, the 1.5 minute teaser of 'Bang Bang' managed to grab hold of much more hits than the official trailer of multi-starrer 'Happy New Year'.

The film is one of the most anticipated movies of Shah Rukh and his only one this year. Guess sending the trailer personally to fans, and promoting it on WhatsApp has taken its toll on the film, which is failing to generate as many hits as it normally would have.
