Ajay-Akshay What: South leading ladies Tamannaah and Kajal AgarwalBoth these leading ladies made their debut with Ajay Devgn. South actress Kajal Aggarwal made her debut in Singham, and she quickly bagged her second film with Akshay Kumar titled Special Chhabbis. And now the same thing has happened with Tamannaah who made her debut with Ajay in Himmatwala. She will be paired opposite Akshay in a film that marks writers Farhad-Sajid’s directorial debut.Katrinaa-KareenaWhat: Item songs with 'family'Katrina Kaif did the item song Chikni Chameli in Karan Johar’s film. KJo and Kareena Kapoor are like family, so Kat’s appearance in her best friend’s film naturally rankled Bebo. Kareena got her own back when she agreed to do an item song in Arbaaz Khan’s Dabangg 2 with Salman Khan. This was a carefully planned move because the ‘Khan’daan has always been Katrina’s Kaif’s territory.  Sonam-DeepikaWhat: Director Sanjay Leela BhansaliSonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone made their film debut in the same year. Hell, their films even released on the same day. While Sanjay Leela Bhansali launched Sonam, her rival Deepika made her debut in Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om. Now SLB has cast Sonam’s nemesis Deepika in his next film Ram Leela which is a modern day interpretation of Romeo Juliet.Aadesh Shrivastava against multiple-composer scoresMusic composer Aadesh Shrivastava, who was on the jury for the 60th National Film Awards, has submitted a written petition to the Ministry for Information and Broadcasting asking for an eligibility ban on multiple-composer scores. “I’ve been watching this trend of several composers doing music for one film. It is not only undesirable but also unproductive. How can three-four composers create a unified sound for a film? It’s ridiculous!” he says. Aadesh also presented  his case to the I&B minister Manish Tiwary, “I’ve given him a written letter asking that multiple composers must not be honoured with National awards. When you have more than one composer credited for a soundtrack whom do you give the award to?”He has also requested the ministry to not give away awards to singers whose voices are tampered with and improved by technology.
