Yes, you heard that right! Ms Kaif will once again be seen playing a Pakistani onscreen. Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in Abhishek Kapoor’s upcoming directorial venture Fitoor. The film which is based on Charles Dickens’ novel The Great Expectations has already gone on floors.In fact, Ranbir Kapoor’s ladylove and Aditya recently wrapped up the Kashmir schedule and are currently shooting for Fitoor in Delhi.

While there is a lot of buzz around the project, here’s the latest information on the leading lady of the Abhishek’s film. After Ek Tha Tiger, the Phantom actress is now playing a Pakistani in Fitoor. While talking to a leading tabloid, a source revealed. “The movie depicts the relationship between three characters – a young Kashmiri boy named Noor (Aditya), his muse Firdaus (Katrina) and the Begum (Rekha). Fitoor is a modern take on Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations.”

Apart from Katrina and Aditya, the film also stars veteran actress Rekha and is slated to release around Valentine’s Day that is February 12, 2016. Lara Dutta and Ajay Devgn will also be seen in the film. However, the two are doing a cameo and not a full-fledged role.
