Over a week ago, Shilpa Shinde who played Angoori Bhabi in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai had filed a case of sexual harassment against producer Sanjay Kohli. Now, Sanjay and his wife Binaifer have filed a criminal defamation case against Shilpa, reports Bombay Times.
A source is quoted saying, "Binaifer and Sanjay have enough proof to counter Shilpa's claims in the FIR, which will be contested in court."
Shilpa is also said to have filed a defamation case against Indian Film and TV Producers Council, Cine and TV Artists Association and Federation of Western India Cine Employees claiming that the three federations dissuaded their members from working with her.
