The teaser trailer for Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones' Inferno is here and 'Humanity's only hope', Robert Langdon has to save the world yet again.
Based on Dan Brown's novel of the same name, the movie is directed by Ron Howard. The combination of Hanks, Howard, and Brown is returning for the third time to chronicle the adventures of Harvard Symbologist Robert Langdon. They began with The Da Vinci Code and the second movie was Angels and Demons.
This time round, Langdon wakes up with an amnesia in a hospital in Venice, Italy. He will have to work on getting his memory back and save the world from being infected by a deadly plague put out there by the bad guy of the movie Bertrand Zobrist, played by Ben Foster to curb the population on the Earth.
Joining Hanks is Oscar-nominee Felicity Jones who will play the role of Dr. Sienna Brooks who helps Langdon in solving the puzzle. Irrfan Khan plays the role of Harry Sims 'The Provost', who starts as an aid to Bertrand Zobrist but upon realising his mistake, helps Langdon. Sidse Babett Knudsen plays Dr. Elizabeth Sinskey who recruits Langdon to find the deadly virus. Omar Sy plays Cristoph Bruder, head of SRS team tailing Langdon when he goes missing.
The intricate plan revolves around Dante Alighieri's idea of Inferno explained in his epic poem The Divine Comedy. Be sure of seeing some spectacular scenes from the culturally and historically amazing sites from across the Europe. The chasing will have its benefits.
The movie is set to release on October 28, 2016.
