Team Dangal recently shared a video showing Khan's physical transformation for his role as a wrestler.
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is being praised for an extreme physical transformation for his role as a wrestler in upcoming film Dangal after the makers released a video highlighting his dramatic weight loss process.
The 5-minute-20-second long video posted by Dangal team shows how the actor transformed himself by doing heavy workout and following a strict routine to get six pack abs.
However, Ranveer Allahbadia, who identifies himself as a fitness coach and a fitness influencer, has posted a video on his YouTube channel and Facebook page - 'BeerBiceps' - claiming that the Bollywood actor must have taken steroids and says it is impossible to achieve the physique Khan did in just five months.
"It is amazing to get fitness motivation, especially when it is from a national icon like Aamir Khan. I really look up to him for that. But someone who is familiar with fitness and familiar with high protein and lifting will immediately tell you that Aamir Khan is putting some kind of substance in his body. He is definitely using some kind of steroid," Allahbadia claims in his video.
He further says," I don't think that he is Satyameva Jayate host so he is completely clean... he is hiding things from you. His job is to maintain that image in public and that's what he is doing."
He also clarifies that he is not shaming Aamir Khan and he is one of the star's biggest fans.
The video has been liked by 11,000 people, viewed 368K times and shared by 7.3 K thousand people on Facebook, while on YouTube it has been viewed 25,000 times.
