Sony Pictures Entertainment released the new trailer for their next Smurfs project, Smurfs: The Lost Village, and it is full of zingers, one-liners, and whole lot of adventure.

Based on the popular Belgian cartoon series the movie's voiceover cast includes, Demi Lovato, Mandy Patinkin, Jack McBrayer, Danny Pudi, Joe Manganiello, and Rainn Wilson.

In the first full-length trailer, we see Smurfette spot someone looking just like her species, who leaves behind a map of the Enchanted Forest.

To find the answer to the question, 'What if they were never alone?' Smurfette (Demi Lovato) sets off to find the village with Brainy (Danny Pudi), Clumsy (McBrayer), and Hefty (Joe Manganiello).

However, they are not alone in search of the new smurfs. They are racing against time to find the village before the evil Gargamel (Rainn Wilson) finds his way.

Directed by Kelly Asbury, Smurfs: The Lost Village will release in the US on April 7, 2017
