While Angry Indian Goddesses has been lauded for its feminist approach in the film, the audience have wanted to know which scenes underwent some cuts from the Censor Board.

For all those who have seen the film and for those who have not, here are the uncensored parts of the movie. The makers have released those scenes on Facebook which the Board did not want in the film.

Apparently, the Censor Board had taken objection over some scenes  where there is a reference made to Goddess Kali and her being the 'Angry Indian Goddess' and also where women are passing remarks on 'sex', and even 'what is an Indian figure' and also raised comments against the government.

Watch these to understand how the Censor Board has tried 'protecting' its masses and so-called 'Indian culture'. 

The film starred Sandhya Mridul, Sarah Jane-Dias, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Anushka Manchanda, Amrit Maghera, Rajshri Deshpande, Pavleen Gujral and Adil Hussain in lead roles.
