Vivek Oberoi is pulling out all stops to convince prospective buyers of homes at his housing projects that regardless of what strata of society they come from, they will be treated like royalty. On offer are affordable homes at his projects in Kelve Road and Shahpur.
Families of 25 martyrs will have homes in each project as well. But what catches your eye is the way buyers will be treated. A source close to the actor confirms, “The idea was to show customers, who could also comprise housemaids and auto rickshaw drivers — that no matter how poor they are, to us, they are our VIPs or celebs. We have an air-conditioned, chauffeur-driven car pick them up from their homes, get dropped at their new houses, where they are given meals and a chopper ride in the time they wait to get their registration and paperwork done. We want to fulfill that dream they have.”
