The pre-wedding festivities of Vishnu Vishal and Jwala Gutta had begun on April 21 in Hyderabad with Mehendi and Haldi ceremonies.
Actor Vishnu Vishal has finally tied the knot on Thursday with badminton player Jwala Gutta and their first photo as a married couple is now out. In the photo, the couple could be seen decked up in royal attire as they posed for photographers.
The pre-wedding festivities of Vishal and Jwala had begun on April 21 in Hyderabad with Mehendi and Haldi ceremonies. The couple had also revealed their wedding hashtag as '#jwalavished' along with their wedding date announcement.
The announcement had read as "22nd of April 2021, 'We are getting married' With the blessings of our families, it gives us immense joy in sharing the news of our marriage, in a private affair in presence of near and dear. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek blessings as we embark on this journey of love, loyalty, friendship, and togetherness."
For her pre-wedding festivities, Jwala opted for two different outfits -- a top-to-bottom intricately crafted yellow lehenga and another in the shade of lavender that featured multi-coloured embroidery. She looked beautiful in both the attires as she posed for pictures with friends and brother-in-law Rudra.
In addition to this, giving fans a glimpse of what the decor looked like for the Haldi ceremony, Jwala took to her Instagram Stories to reshare a photo and video posted by one of her friends on social media, of the Haldi venue. Decorated with yellow-orange colour marigold flowers and white rajnigandha, the venue looked beautiful.
For the unversed, Jwala was earlier married to fellow Indian shuttler Chetan Anand but divorced in 2011. It is Vishnu Vishal's second marriage as well as he got married to film producer Ragini Nataraj in 2010 but separated in 2018. The couple has a son born in 2017.
