As we know, Vikram Prabhu and Shamili (Thala Ajith's sister-in-law) are acting together in Veera Sivaji directed by Ganesh Vinayak. Simbu also recently sang a song for the film called Thaaru Maaru Thakkali Sorru. Now, the news is that Vikram Prabhu and Shamili went to Georgia to shoot for this funky song composed by D Imman.

Most of the shooting for this film is said to be complete except for a few songs. Imman is quickly completing the songs. It's said that the post-production work is in full swing and the plans to release the audio are on.

Ganesh Vinayak made his directorial debut  with Thaarumaaru and this movie will see Shamili's debut in Tamil cinema as a heroine for the first time. Shamili became well-known for her role in the Mani Ratnam film Anjali. In this film too she is called Anjali. Apparently, Shamili was Vikram Prabhu's sister's classmate and the two knew each other even before they signed the film.

The movie was supposed to release in May but the elections in Tamil Nadu caused a roadblock for many films.

Imman also recorded a song with Carnatic musician Bombay Jayshree recently for the film.
