This director had a love-at-first-sight moment with Ranveer Singh!

On the sets of a show on BFFs, Zoya Akhtar revealed her first impression of Ranveer Singh, 15 years ago. 

She said, “The first time I saw him, he walked into a party at a friend’s house and he was in a checked pair of pants, a checked shirt and a checked cap and checked sneakers. And I didn’t know who he was and I was like, “What are you wearing? Are you really wearing this?” and he lifted his shirt and there was a sliver of his boxer shorts, that were checquered and he said, ‘Check me out, babe.’ And it was love at first sight! Who doesn’t like Ranveer’s style?” 

Looks like Ranveer has had an eccentric sense of fashion for as long as one can remember.
