What's it about: Man's daughter goes off with loony drug dealer. This clueless mechanic dad, a former crime boss, drags his girl's best friend to New Orleans, a city he hoped never to visit again, in a bid to find his daughter and take her home. But... there is a slight bump in that road... a former rival with an axe to grind. Taken, anyone?

What's hot: The fact that this film lasts only 90-odd minutes? Oh, yeah, apart from that, I really appreciate the camera and post-production work and the sound team's efforts in trying to salvage this film.

What's not: Almost everything else. The way too derivative script. The corny dialogues. The insipid acting. The direction, probably non-existent! The utter pointlessness of Jessica Lowndes. John Cusack's wig (or real hair, who cares at this point?). The taken-for-granted ness. A revenge action drama with repetitive flashbacks for no good reason, The Prince leaves you with more questions than answers. And you really don't intend spending money on watching a man going through life, GTA-style. Because, well... that's exactly what this film feels like.

What to do: Strictly avoidable, even for Bruce Willis fans. Or action fans. Or gangsta film fans. Or action fans.
