Supreme Court has criticised the stay on conviction granted to Salman and said that the law should be same for all.

Salman Khan had already been sentenced to five years in jail by a trial court but was out on bail. He had also filed an affidavit on August 27 claiming that he should be allowed to travel around the world for his profession.

Salman had been accused of hunting and killing two Chinkaras and a black buck during the shoorting of 'Hum Saath Saath Hai' in Rajasthan.
