Sumeet Vyas-Akarsh Khurana to return with Tripling 2
Apart from playing one of the central characters, Sumeet Vyas, also co-wrote the series along with director Akarsh Khurana.
The web series Tripling, about three siblings going on a road trip, gained popularity on the digital platform. Apart from playing one of the central characters, Sumeet Vyas, also co-wrote the series along with director Akarsh Khurana.
Now, the duo will be back with the second season, with the story taking off from the end of the first season and it will revolve around what happens next in their lives, how their journeys become different after coming close again.
Talking about the series that starts this June, Sumeet says, “It’s a dream collaboration. Akarsh is like my elder brother, I have known him for 10 years, he’s directed me in plays, he’s produced the first play I directed. We have written Tripling together and now we are getting back together for the next season. I’m looking forward to working with him again.”
