While some manage to juggle their South and Bollywood commitments by flying to and fro, some of them clearly give more preference to Bollywood. Actress Asin, who was a huge name down South before she made her debut with actor Aamir Khan in Ghajini, has already shifted base to Mumbai, though she keeps shuttling between Kerala and Mumbai.

Talking about it she had earlier said, “I am what I am because of my films. I had a great run with my films in the South and I would be open to offers even now but I want to concentrate on my career in Bollywood now.” The actor now has a house to herself and has settled in. “I love Mumbai. It has a great vibe to it”.

Choreographer turned director Prabhudeva too is in the process of shifting base to Mumbai. The ace choreographer, who is a big name in the South and had been juggling his projects in Bollywood from Chennai, has finally decided to move to Mumbai. “My focus will be more on Bollywood and since I will be busy here, it makes sense for me to shift to Mumbai. I have already started looking out for places and will soon finalise on it.”

Popular Telugu actress Ileana D’Cruz who is making her debut with Barfi, according to reports, is looking out for a house in the commercial capital of the country.

She will soon move to the city as soon as she finds a place for herself. The latest actor to have made Mumbai her base is Shruti Haasan, South superstar Kamal Haasan’s elder daughter.

The actress, who has been living and travelling in between Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai, has finally found a new address. Talking about it she says, “I have finally found a place that I can call my own. It is a beautiful place in Bandra. I love Mumbai since I have lived here for four years and studied here too. I am very comfortable living here. My mother also lives here, making it even more convenient for me.”
