US soul singer Solomon Burke died at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam on Sunday, aged 70, Dutch media reported.Burke, who had been due to perform at an Amsterdam club on Tuesday, died after arrival at the Amsterdam airport from Los Angeles, Dutch public broadcaster NOS said.  A Schiphol airport spokesperson in Amsterdam confirmed that Burke had died, but could not provide further details. She directed all further inquiries to Burke's management.Known as the King of Rock & Soul, Burke was a preacher turned singer and had released his latest album "Nothing's Impossible" in April.
