'Simbu is classy, I'm local', Dhanush tells Gautham Menon
The chat show which is titled 'Uraiyaadal and stuff..' is in the format of a conversation between Gautham Menon and the celebs.
Director Gautham Menon started a chat show on his YouTube channel and it's turning out to be very interesting, The first person he had on as a guest was Dhanush who is playing the lead role in Gautham's film Enmel Paayum Thotta.
Titled 'Uraiyaadal and stuff..' the chat show is just a conversation between Gautham Menon and the celebs. In the first episode, Dhanush reveals a lot about himself. One of the interesting things that come up is that Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya was planned with Dhanush originally. It starred Simbu, Trisha and the Gautham Menon film is talked about even today. Dhanush reveals that he would not have fit into that role. He says quite candidly that Simbu is a classy actor whereas he is a 'local boy'.
Dhanush also talks about his flourishing career and what he plans to do ahead. It's an interesting watch as you get insights into the actor as well as the director.
