Shamita Shetty has design plans

Shilpa Shetty’s actress sister Shamita is all set to design homes of people and has launched her interior design company. Shamita tells us, “I completed a course in London and then was on an internship with an architect’s firm in India for a year as British architecture is very different from Indian ones.”

The former actress  has already finished one assignment.
She  has designed the Royalty nightclub in Bandra. For the last one month she has been busy setting up a website for her design company. Interestingly her company is called Golden Leaf Interiors “It’s taken from my name Shamita which means a golden leaf. Ever since I was a child I wanted to run a business called Golden Leaf. I guess everything happens at the right time,” she laughs.
