Saath Saath: Varun Dhawan and Amitabh Bachchan in a YRF film together?
If Varun gives his nod, then the two will work in a Yash Raj production
Director Pradeep Sarkar was said to have been playing with the idea for directing a sequel to his original thriller film Mardaani, which had Rani Mukerji in the lead. But off late, there's buzz that Sarkar is planning a venture with Amitabh Bachchan titled Dabba Gul.
This Yash Raj production will have another actor too – the likely choice being Varun Dhawan. A source told a tabloid, “Big B has given his nod to the film. Varun has also been approached, but he is yet to confirm his presence, given his packed diary. Yash Raj is known to wrap its projects in secrecy, so those associated with the project have been asked to keep mum until he is officially on board.”
The veteran actor has previously featured in Varun's dad David Dhawan's films Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Hum Kisise Kum Nahin. Now it would be intriguing to see Bachchan work with Dhawan Jr. Besides this, Big B is going to come on board for another Yash Raj production Thug to be helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya aka Victor.
