Daily routine: I follow a routine on a daily basis, which comprises  dance class, gymnastics and going to the gym. I also spend about half an hour on yoga, too.

Fitness is…: Being active, being able to sustain and survive any task in any given situation and come out a winner.

Necessity or love? I was always into sports and as a sportsperson, you need to be fit to survive and play from start to finish. As I grew up, I started practising gymnastics. I love dancing as well. So that keeps me fit.

Run a marathon? I haven’t, yet. But it is definitely on my bucket list and I plan to strike it off soon.

Principles of fitness: Discipline, dedication, stamina and endurance.

Fitness for everyone! Not just women, people in general should be fit. They should engage in at least one activity daily — be it jogging, swimming, dancing, etc.

On DNA iCan: It’s a beautiful initiative where women come together and they run for themselves which, in turn, is gonna help others, too. It’s a brilliant idea.
