'RRR' stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan twin in white during Diwali celebrations on the sets

The makers of SS Rajamouli's magnum opus RRR dropped a surprise for the fans amid Diwali festival. The official Twitter page of the film posted a few photos featuring the leading actors' Jr NR and Ram Charan. In the photos, the actors are seen twinning in white kurta and pyjamas while getting clicked. They are laughing wholeheartedly and also share a happy moment with Rajamouli in the photos.

RRR Twitter page posted the photos with a caption stating, "Giving you all the best of wishes and prosperity this Diwali from team #RRRMovie. #RRRDiwali..."

Even Ram Charan shared a few similar photos on his Instagram page and wrote, "Always keep the spirit of togetherness alive!! Happy Diwali!!!"

Meanwhile, RRR stars Alia Bhatt as the female lead and the actor will soon be heading to kickstart the shoot alongside Jr NTR and Ram Charan. 

Talking about the same, a source told Mid Day, "Alia had only one scene remaining when the pandemic forced the makers to call time on the project in March. Come the first week of November, she will shoot a major confrontation scene with NT Rama Rao Jr and Ram Charan."

The source added, "The sequence sees the character of Bheem who had coined the slogan 'Jal, jangal, zameen', thus asserting that people who live in the forest should have a right to its natural resources having an ideological clash with Sitarama Raju and Alia's character. The scene was to be shot at a bungalow in Pune, but the plan has been changed post the pandemic."
