With Rohit Shetty, it is all about the comfort factor and loyalty. For years he only made films with Ajay Devgn. They have done nine films together! Last year he made Chennai Express with Shah Rukh Khan and he is currently working on the script for the next SRK-starrer. The heroine for that is not yet finalised, but we know that when he has a role, he will pick one of his favourites rather than a new actor.
Kareena Kapoor has been part of three of his six films (Golmaal Returns, Golmaal 3 and Singham Returns). For now, the heroine opposite SRK in his next is not finalised. So does she stand a chance? In an interview to this paper Shetty says, "Not the next one but yeah for sure. If I get something nice in future, I will. Why not?
Will his next film be Angoor remake? The director clarifies, "We still have that but Shah Rukh and I are doing something else. That film was being planned during Chennai Express. I have that script with me, I have the rights of that film. I don't see it happening but that is one script that I have."
