The team of 'Baar Baar Dekho' makes interesting revealations about the Sidharth Malhotra-Katrina Kaif film 'Baar Baar Dekho'.
Soon after the motion poster of Baar Baar Dekho was released, rumours mills started churning that it's a time travel film. The makers of the film have negated all the speculations about the film in a recent Round Table with the lead actors, director and producers of the movie.
The team of Baar Baar Dekho has created a new marketing template for the film by first releasing the high octane party number 'Kaala Chashma' and then giving an insight into the movie, not by the trailer but by a Round Table candid conversation. The discussion which was led by Karan Johar extracting information and insights on the film from Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, Sidharth Malhotra, Katrina Kaif and Nitya Mehra, makes an interesting watch as the team shares precious moments from the film sets.

While explaining that the movie is not about time travel, Karan Johar said, "The best way to put out the concept is like, what if you were given a chance to actually see the future of your relationship...What if we could see the future, how good or bad would that be?" Farhan Akhtar adds saying, "And having seen that, What would you do different?"

It is revealed in the Round Table that Katrina had an emotional meltdown during the narration of the film and Sidharth apparently ate six meals by the time the narration was over! Katrina also revealed that she loves to argue with (producer) Ritesh Sidhwani owing to the 'synergy' that she feels between them.
Sidharth spills the beans on how his existence was annulled by Katrina while shooting for a duet song. "I've been bruised and battered multiple times by Katrina while shooting," he said.
Katrina also revealed the reason behind her obsession for songs. She explains, "A scene may be an opinion, that's why sometimes I may not be as opinionated about a scene or as about a take. But dance to me is something, where it's easier for me to see what is right and what is wrong."
Baar Baar Dekho has been produced by Dharma Productions and Excel Entertainment and helmed by debutante director, Nitya Mehra. The movie will hit theatres on September 9.
