Preity Zinta gives Hindi lessons!

Actress Preity Zinta is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Ishkq In Paris. Though it marks the return of the Bollywood star as an actor, it’s her debut as  a producer that she is more looking forward to. So much so that she is leaving no stone unturned for her maiden production venture. The actor has even gone to great lengths to personally teach iconic French actor Isabelle Adjani Hindi.

A source informs us, “Both Preity and Isabelle bonded pretty well on the sets of the film. Preity absolutely loves her. Actually Isabelle taught Preity French and when she was curious about learning Hindi, Preity stepped in. She personally took it upon her to give  the French actor lessons in the language. Preity was really excited about the whole thing and she enjoyed teaching Isabelle. So while shooting in Paris ,when they used to have lunch or dinner, they would sit together and teach each other their country’s language. It was a good bonding exercise for both. At the end she not only got to know a lot more about Isabelle but now they even converse sometimes in Hindi!”

Talking about working with Isabelle, Preity says, “It was such an exciting experience. I simply adore her. Working with her was great. It was Prem (director Prem Raj) who really wanted her for the role and she really fits the character well. She was extremely professional, and used to come on the sets and give her shot and get done with it so easily.”
