NFDC announces entries for screenwriters labs, with new children's film section
The National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) Film Bazaar has announced entries for its three screenwriters labs, with deadlines ending on April 15. The labs will culminate at the Film Bazaar to be held in November in Goa, where six selected screenwriters will be able to pitch ideas to producers and investors.

The labs will culminate at the Film Bazaar to be held in November in Goa, where six selected screenwriters will be able to pitch ideas to producers and investors.
The labs will be conducted in three different streams this year, with industry experts mentoring the selected screenwriters in their respective streams. The labs to be held this year will be the screenwriters lab, in its ninth edition this year, the romance screenwriters labs which is in its second year, and the newly-introduced children's screenwriters lab.
Ritesh Batra, of the award-winning The Lunchbox, Kanu Behl's of the critically-acclaimed Titli, Gyan Correa of the National Award-winning The Good Road were all results of previous years screenwriters lab.
