Abhishek 'Gattu' Kapoor has already planned his next project, post Fittoor. While he remains tight-lipped about the details, sources reveal that the film will launch newcomers.The director was the first to convince Farhan Akhtar to make his acting debut with Rock On!! After that, the filmmaker went on to launch the careers of Sushant Singh Rajput, Rajkummar Rao (in his first commercial role) and Amit Sadh, all of whom credit him for being their mentor.Our source says, "He has a keen eye for talent and has always cast as per what the script requires. He is not someone who writes a story keeping a particular star in mind. In fact, in his next film too, he will launch new talent and promising actors who show great potential of being the next-gen stars".
