The moment has finally arrived as Akshay Kumar just received the National Award for his performance in the film Rustom that released last year. The actor was honoured by President Pranab Mukherjee himself, while senior BJP leader LK Advani congratulated him on his achievement.
Wife Twinkle Khanna and son Aarav looked on with pride and applauded in delight as Akshay received his award. Before leaving for the ceremony, Akshay had posted a picture of himself with Twinkle and Aarav as they dressed up for the do writing that it's an important day of his life, with the important people of his life.
